ANACOM’s Regulation Report on the activities of 2005 is now available in Portuguese version, thus fulfilling the provisions resulting from ANACOM’s statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 309/2001, of 7 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=974442.
This edition is divided into three different sections: the Regulation Report, the State of Communications, which will be sooner available in English, and the Activities Report, just published in portuguese.
The first section, concerning the Regulation Report, contains the main guidelines of the regulator’s activity, and the description of how ANACOM’s activities in 2005 were carried out in connection with the objectives for that year. The second section, on the State of Communications, which was already published autonomously on this site, describes the most relevant characteristics of the communications sector in Portugal and its evolution during the period under analysis. ANACOM’s activities in 2005, grouped by functional area, are included in the Activities Report, on the third section.
