By determination of 14 December 2005, approval was granted to the draft decision on the prices of the local loop unbundling (LLU) to enter into force as from 1 January 2006, taking due regard to the principle of cost orientation, as defined in the assessment of the wholesale unbundled access market, as well as to assumptions made in previous assessments and price definitions established for these services.
The determination now approved focuses on the monthly price of the local loop in the full access and shared access modalities, and implies that PT Comunicações alters the reference unbundling offer accordingly.
Pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, interested parties are entitled to assess the issue in writing within a 10-working day time limit.
