By determination of 14 December 2005, the alterations to be introduced in the reference proposal for the subscriber line resale offer (SLRO) have been approved, being established that the companies of the Portugal Telecom (PT) group shall amend and publish, within a 10-working day time limit, the SLRO reference proposal, in accordance with that decision.
The alterations at stake focus on several aspects of the SLRO: entities obliged to submit a reference offer; terms, abbreviations and definitions; accesses covered; beneficiary companies; services covered; service start-up; prices; service provision procedures; management, operating and maintenance procedures; service quality parameters, applicable performance objectives and compensation for non-fulfilment; subscriber billing and collection; dispute resolution; and SLRO version history.
This determination integrates the report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties on the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 21 July 2005, which comprises a summary of replies received, as well as the assessment made by ANACOM as regards the issues raised therein, from the following entities: SGC Telecom (on behalf of Jazztel Portugal, Netvoice and WTS), PT Comunicações, Vodafone Portugal, Sonaecom (on behalf of Novis Telecom and ClixGest), OniTelecom and Tele2.
