By determination of 30 December 2010, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on statistical indicators to be reported, on a quarterly basis, to this Authority by the providers of electronic communication services at a fixed location and nomadic VoIP services.
The intention of this questionnaire is to replace and integrate indicators previously included in questionnaires referring to the fixed telephone service, nomadic VoIP, Internet access service (at a fixed location) and in sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 of the questionnaire on fixed retail and interconnection services for the purposes of relevant market definition and SMP assessment.
The draft was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Proceeding Code, for a period of 25 working days.
