The second seminar on postal sector studies promoted by the European Commission, during which the consultants reported on their current status, was held last 28 June in Brussels. The ongoing projects are the "Study on Appropriate Methodologies to Better Measure Consumer Preferences for postal Services" of Rand Europe and the "Study on Intra-Community Cross-Border Parcel delivery" produced by FTI Consulting.
