The IRG General Assembly was held last 29 September in Barcelona. Highlights included the new IRG membership of the Montenegrin national regulatory authority EKIP along with presentation of the 2012 budget. Note also that these meetings were preceded by the Contact Network meeting on 8-9 September in Copenhagen.
