Digital Agenda for Europe - Annual Progress Report 2011


The European Commission (EC) has released the 2011 Annual Progress Report on the digital agenda for Europe.  

Published on 22.12.2011, the report gives an overview of progress in terms of actions set out in the Agenda, especially information on actions concluded since May 2011 and the work plan for the next two years.

This document comes as part of the EC's efforts to implement the Digital Agenda and complements other activities undertaken over the year, such as the Digital Agenda Assembly, the Digital Agenda Scoreboard and the Digital Agenda Going Local.

The overall aim of the Digital Agenda is to deliver sustainable economic and social benefits from a digital single market based on fast and ultra fast internet and interoperable applications.
