Consultation on the procedures to be followed in assessing the quality of service of regulated wholesale offers - consultation closes

By determination of 16 February 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision to be submitted to the specific procedure of consultation of the European Commission (EC), Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of other Member States of the European Union, on the procedures to be followed in assessing quality of service of regulated wholesale offers.

Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and the public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, subsequent to determination of 20 October 2011, and pursuant to which commentary was received from the following undertakings: Colt Technology Services, Grupo Portugal Telecom, OniTelecom, Optimus, RTP - Rádio e Televisão de Portugal and Vodafone Portugal.
