Administrative costs and amount of fees charged in 2011 in respect of electronic communications

By determination of 27 April 2012 and under the terms of paragraph 5 of article 105 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, ANACOM has approved the report of its administrative costs and of the total sum resulting from the collection of fees due to this Authority from providers of electronic communications networks and services, with reference to the 2011 financial period and as provided for under points a) to d) of paragraph 1 of the same law.  Likewise, approval was given to the review of the respective settlement of fees by various providers of electronic communication networks, with reimbursement of the determined values, totalling 1,063,417 euros.
