By determination of 17 May 2012, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the renewal, for a period of 15 years, of the rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus in the 900 and 1800 MHz frequency bands Approval was likewise given on this date to the report of the prior hearing and consultation, to which procedures the respective draft decision, as approved by determination of 28 March 2012, had been submitted.
