Portugal rates as 15th country in the world in terms of migration to IPV6


Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC), the body responsible for overseeing IP (Internet Protocol) addresses in Europe, has released a rating of the top 20 countries which, as part of a Regional Internet Registry for Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia, are considered best prepared to handle IPv6 traffic. The rating measures the percentage of networks capable of routing IPv6 traffic, which in Portugal's case is reported at 25.9 percent.
