This report focuses on the Internet and the relationship that Portuguese people have with it, as well as their interaction with other means of communication and with other Internet viewing formats. From the relationship with audiovisual media to the projection of the "Self" on social networks this is a complex issue and will be one of the topics to be studied in depth by the Observatory for the Media (OberCom) during this year.
This is the first report of the series "The Network Society of 2012" and is based on the "2011 Network Society Survey", whose information relates to December 2011.
