The Communications Committee (COCOM) held its 52nd meeting last 13 December in Brussels. The European Commission (EC) presented the proposed regulation on measures applicable to personal data infringement notifications, initially envisaged for adoption of the COCOM opinion in exam procedure. But considering the comments presented during the meeting, it will be done by written procedure.
The EC also presented the proposed recommendation on non-discrimination and costing methodologies.
The next meeting will be held this coming 14 February.
