The BEREC expert group on Framework Implementation held a meeting last 17 April in Brussels.
The agenda notably included preparation of the revised internal procedure rules, namely regarding BEREC's responsibilities vis-à-vis cases associated to articles 7 and 7-A of the framework directive, and also in the scope of paragraph b) of article 2 and paragraph g) of article 3 section 1, both from the BEREC regulations and respectively concerning aid to national regulatory authorities (NRAs) on regulatory questions and the issuance of opinions about cross-border disputes under the terms of article 21 of the framework directive.
Also examined were aspects of the institutional and organisational order of NRAs from various member states, with impact on regulatory capacity.
