A workshop organised by the expert working group (EWG) on Net Neutrality (NN) was held last 3 April in Brussels. It covered service quality parameter measurements and measurement methodologies and included presentations of different tools used in Europe by sector regulators and some independent bodies.
EWG NGN met on 4 April to prepare a report on diverse aspects associated to obtaining quality of service in internet access, relating also to net neutrality.
