The ERGP working group on Net Costs of Universal Service Obligations - VAT as a Benefit/Burden met last 11 April in Stockholm.
The work basically focused on deciding the work to carry out in 2013 and respective schedule, as well as summarising comments received in the public consultation held in late 2012 and January 2013 regarding this working group’s report on VAT exemption in calculation of the net costs of universal service.
