ANACOM has released its report "Communications Sector 2012", published in electronic format only and previously named "State of Communications" report.
This report, which aims to characterize the communications sector in 2012 and explain its evolution throughout the year, is divided into eight chapters: summary of electronic communications; the electronic communications user; bundled offers; Internet access service; subscription television service; telephone service at a fixed location and nomadic VoIP; mobile telephone service; and postal services.
The report also features statistical information collected directly from providers, information collected through consumer surveys of a sampling nature and also data compiled by national and international institutions that serve as a reference to development in Portugal.
