By determination of 1 August 2013, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the final results of the audit on the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service) as re-submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC) with respect to the 2007-2009 financial years. The final values of CLSU are: 23 584 976.93 in 2007; 20 168 431.93 in 2008; and 23 057 573.48 in 2009.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to public consultation; with a period of 20 working days provided in both cases. Comments must therefore be received no later than 2 September 2013, and should be sent by email to auditoria.clsu.resubmetidos@anacom.ptmailto:auditoria.clsu.resubmetidos@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential for the purposes of publication on this website.
