By determination of 29 July 2013, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the criteria governing the establishment of the prices of the universal postal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), pursuant to Lei Postal (Postal Law - Law no. 17/2012 of 26 April).
The decision covers the definition of the principles, criteria and rules which govern the pricing of postal services that comprise the universal service provided by CTT, to apply in 2014 and 2015.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to public consultation, as well as to the hearing of consumer organizations. Under these procedures, interested parties are given a maximum period of 20 working days in which to comment, ending 3 September 2013.

Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential for the purposes of publication on this website.
This draft decision was also submitted to the opinion of ANACOM's Advisory Council, under the terms of its statutes.
