By determination of 08 August 2013, ANACOM has decided not to oppose the transfer, to the title of Provótexto, of the right of use of frequencies in the 87.5-108 MHz band, allocated to Rádio Larouco for the provision of a local radio programme service in the municipality of Chaves.
At the same time, ANACOM did not oppose the transfer of licenses nos. 20346 and 505605, nor transfer of the authorisation for operation of the Radio Data System (RDS) with the programme channel name "RLCHAVES".
