The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) held on 25 September 2013 in Riga, Latvia, was the first stakeholder forum.
The main topics discussed at the forum are the Electronic Communications Markets in Europe (the vision and challenges for the medium and long term) and the quality of service and transparency (the consumer perspective to broadband).
The purpose was feed into the review of the BEREC Medium Term Strategy and the BEREC Work Programme.
