By determination of 19 September 2013, ANACOM has approved a decision on the final results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service) as re-submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC) with respect to the 2007-2009 financial periods.
Taking into account the results of the audit and respective declaration of conformity, this decision approves the latest accounts submitted by PTC on 28 June 2013, and determines the final values of the CLSU for the years in question: 23,584,976.93 euros for 2007, 20,168,431.93 euros for 2008 and 23,057,573.48 euros for 2009. These values are consistent with the principles, criteria and conditions stipulated by ANACOM.
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision, approved on 1 August 2013, was submitted.
