By determination of 26 September 2013, ANACOM has approved partial revocation of the right of use frequencies for provision of terrestrial electronic communications services held by TMN (ICP-ANACOM no. 02/2012), in accordance with the request made by this company on 14 August 2013.
As such, the right of use of a 5 MHz block of unpaired spectrum comprised in the 1900-1920 MHz and 2100 MHz frequency band for use of UMTS-TDD technology has been revoked in the title and license held by TMN, and the corresponding amendments have been in the title and in radio license no. 513926, associated with this right of use.
