Administrative Rule no. 296-A/2013 of 2 October has been published, amending Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December which establishes the fees due to ANACOM.
Specifically this Administrative Rule approves the level of fees due in respect of the exercise of the activity of postal services, following publication of Lei Postal (Postal Law - Law no. 17/2012 of 26 April). These provisions enter into force immediately, with the exception of new thresholds and the formula to be used to calculate the annual fees due for the exercise of the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services, which apply from 1 January 2014.
