By determination of 18 October 2013, ANACOM has approved a revision of the settlement of fees due in respect of the activity of supplier of publicly available electronic communication networks and services (2009 and 2010). This follows a correction made to the amount of relevant revenues reported for PT Comunicações (PTC) as a function of the final values of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) in respect of the 2007-2009 financial years.
The upward correction of the relevant revenues of PTC determines an increase in total relevant revenues reported by Band 2 companies - suppliers of electronic communication networks and services - impacting the value of the t2 contributory percentages, which are revised to 0.4827 percent in 2009 and 0.4908 percent in 2010.
Pursuant to paragraph 5 of Annex II to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December, these new t2 percentages determine a revision of the corresponding settlements, made in respect of 2009 and 2010, charged to suppliers of electronic communications networks and services. ICP-ANACOM will undertake this revision without delay.
