The European Commission (EC) and BEREC's ad hoc team on Regulation for the Internal Telecommunications Market met last 2 October in Brussels. The EC presented various aspects of the regulations, while the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) raised a number of technical issues regarding the points presented, namely single authorisation, spectrum, virtual access products, net neutrality, provisions on consumer rights, roaming and BEREC.
