Brussels hosted last 9 October a meeting of the BEREC operational team concerning article 28-2 of the Universal Service Directive. The aim was to present examples of national intervention regarding that article, specifically its transposition into national law and the role played by national regulatory authorities and other entities in the process. Also discussed were cross-border intervention cases and how to establish coordination between the NRAs and BEREC.
