The BEREC expert working group on Convergence and Economic Analysis (EWG-CEA) met last 18 October in Brussels, where the discussion focused particularly on: (a) BEREC’s common position on geographic aspects of market analyses (market definition and remedies definition); and (b) the future European Commission (EC) recommendation on relevant markets, including the document on “Future Electronic Communications Markets Subject to Ex-Ante Regulation”, recently published by ECORYS for the EC and expected to serve as a support for the recommendation.
