Brussels served as venue last 15-16 October for a meeting of the expert working group on Net Neutrality (EWG NN), with the aim of analysing various topics under development:
- report on different options for monitoring quality of service (QoS) in internet access, including an eventual European tool;
- study/questionnaire on switching internet access service provider (ISP) for reasons associated to net neutrality. This study will be conducted by an outside consultant who will be chosen by public tender in the near future.
This working group’s next meeting will be held at the end of November.
