By determination of 12 December 2013, ANACOM decided not to oppose the transfer to Rede Regional de Radiodifusão of the rights of use for frequencies in the 87.5-108 MHz band allocated to Raimundo Comunicações Independentes for the provision of a local radio programme service, for the municipalities of Viseu and Seia.
Moreover, this Authority did not oppose the transfer:
- of licenses No. 194759, No. 506438 and No. 505337, as well as the authorisation to operate the Radio Data System (RDS) with the channel name “RCI” issued to the municipality of Viseu;
- of licenses No. 512186 and No. 512186, as well as the authorisation to operate the Radio Data System (RDS) with the channel name “RCS” issued to the municipality of Seia.
