By determination of 19 December 2013, ANACOM has approved draft decisions on markets 1 and 2 of Commission Recommendation 2007/879/EC of 17 December 2007https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=984081, i.e.:
- retail markets of access to the public telephone network at a fixed location - definition of relevant markets, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations;
- wholesale market of call origination at a fixed location - definition of product and geographic markets, assessment of SMP and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations.
These draft decisions have been submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to public consultation; a period of 30 working days has been provided under both procedures. As such, comments must be received no later than 12 February 2014, and should be sent by email to mercados1e2@anacom.ptmailto:mercados1e2@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses, excluding any items considered confidential.
