COM.escolha, ANACOM's interactive tariff simulator, received 19,118 visits from 16,053 users in 4th quarter 2013 (4Q13). Compared to the third quarter (3Q13), there was an increase of 3.21 per cent in the number of visits and an increase of 5.84 percent in the number of users.
A total of 83,094 pages were viewed, making an average of 4.35 pages viewed per visit and representing a decrease of 11.67 percent compared to the previous quarter. Each visitor spent an average of 3 minutes and 53 seconds on the site, with a rate of return1 reported at close to 19.4 percent. 80.6 percent of accesses to the site were by new users, compared to 78.03 percent of accesses in 3Q13.
During the entire year, from 1 January to 31 December 2013, the simulator received a total of 73,038 visits from 59,688 users. Compared to 2012, there was an increase of 59.54 percent in the number of visits and 75.29 per cent in the number of users.
In 2013, 362,147 pages were viewed, which represents an average of 4.96 page views per visit. Each visitor spent an average of 4 minutes and 11 seconds on the site, with a reported rate of return1 of 21.8 percent, with 78.2 percent of accesses from new users.
