As set out in paragraph 3 of Chapter VIII of ICP-ANACOM determination of 13 February 2014 concerning the suspension of activity and revocation of the rights of use of numbering allocated to Mundio Mobile (Portugal) Limited, ANACOM has announced that, for the purposes set out in point b) of paragraphs 4 and 5 of this same chapter and in the event that the situation of non-compliance that underlies application of the suspension is not resolved by said date, the determined suspension of activity is to take effect on 6 March of this year.
