The European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) has adopted its Work Programme for 2014, after conducting a public consultation on the document.
The programme has five main points:
- regulatory accounting information and price regulation;
- net costs of the universal service obligation;
- end-user satisfaction and monitoring of market outcomes;
- follow-up to the Green paper on cross-border parcel delivery and e-commerce;
- end-to-end competition and access regulation.
