Draft regulation regarding the rules related to identification and signaling of radiocommunication stations (Public Consultation)

/ Updated on 19.09.2003

The draft regulation regarding the rules related to identification and signaling of radiocommunication stations is available for comments and suggestions until 1 September 2003.

The definition of these rules is important to all network and radiocommunication stations users, particularly mobile operators, broadcasting operators and holders of privative radiocommunication networks, as it will allow a uniform application of the obligations established in Decree-Law no.151-A/2000, of 20 July, concerning the stations identification and informative signaling.

The draft regulation has been approved by the Board of Directors of ANACOM on 10 July 2003, within the scope of its statutory competence and of the Decree-Law no. 11/2003, of 18 January, which attributes to this authority, capacity to condition the installation of radiocommunication stations.

The draft regulation is published in full in this site, being available as well at the public enquiry services of ANACOM. The comments and suggestions should be sent preferably by electronic mail, to regiser@anacom.pt.

ANACOM took the initiative to have published, exactly today, a notice on the approval of this draft regulation and its availability at ANACOM?s site, in several national and regional newspapers: Diário de Notícias, Público, Jornal de Notícias, Correio da Manhã, Açoriano Oriental e Diário de Notícias da Madeira.
