Adoption of decisions on markets 1 and 2

By determination of 14 August 2014, and taking into account the comments received from the European Commission (EC), in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC, ANACOM has approved the final decisions regarding the retail markets of access to the public telephone network at a fixed location and of telephone services provided at a fixed location - definition of relevant markets, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations (market 1), and regarding the wholesale market of call origination at a fixed location - definition of product and geographic markets, assessment of SMP and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations (market 2).
