The European Commission adopted on July 23 a Recommendation on notifications, time limits and consultations to be followed by National Regulatory Authorities (NRA) pursuant to article 7 of the new regulatory framework for electronic communications, known as ?99 Review?.
The approval of this Recommendation is the result of an extensive discussion held by the Commission, NRA, the European Regulators Group (ERG) and the European Union Member States.
