On 25 September 2014, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the final results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) re-submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC) with respect to the 2010 to 2011 periods.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to public consultation, with a period of 20 working days provided for each procedure. Comments should therefore be sent, no later than 27 October 2014, by email to auditoria.clsu.ressubmetidos@anacom.ptmailto:auditoria.clsu.ressubmetidos@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding any items considered confidential.
