On 9 October 2014, ANACOM approved a draft decision concerning the dissemination of quality of service performance levels for the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO).
It was decided to apply information obligations concerning the dissemination of the quality of service performance levels of wholesale offers, as provided for in ANACOM determination of 11 March 2009, to the RPAO. Dissemination of this information is deemed important to ANACOM's oversight of the market and to the service's customers.
PT Comunicações (PTC) has been ordered to publish information relating to the fourth quarter of 2014 by the end of January 2015.
This draft decision is submitted to the prior hearing procedure; interested parties are given 20 working days to respond, where they see fit to do so, submitting written positions which should send by email to spd.orap@anacom.ptmailto:spd.orap@anacom.pt1. Respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their responses, removing any items considered confidential.
