The Regulatel plenary meeting was held last 17-18 November in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The following stand out among the issues discussed: the joining of a new member (Uruguayan regulator); the choice of presidency for 2016 (Colombian regulator); determination of the working groups’ structure for 2015 (End Users & Quality of Service (QoS), Net Neutrality (NN) and Internet Issues, Economic Competition in Markets and Benchmark); and selection of the Executive Committee’s members.

The next meetings are scheduled for March 2015 (working groups), July 2015 (Regulatel-BEREC summit) and November 2015 (plenary session).
