Brussels hosted last 10 February a meeting of the BEREC expert working group on Net Neutrality (EWG NN), whose aim was to complete planning/development of the European project associated to the study on feasibility of a Europe-wide internet access quality of service monitoring system.
This group will also evaluate eventual candidacies from national regulatory authorities (NRAs) that have operational quality of service (QoS) testing tools, so that pilot tests can be supported on test servers located in different European countries, using software already provided by those NRAs.
