Rome hosted last 26 and 27 February meetings of the End Users and Monitoring of Market group and of the ERGP drafters, respectively. The meetings focused on presentation and planning of work to be carried out by the group in 2015, specifically regarding the production of reports on quality of service, complaint handling and consumer protection, along with the report on postal market indicators.
