BEREC Chair Fátima Barros gave the opening presentation on the second day of the ninth Digital Regulation Forum held last 28-29 April in London, where the theme was the Juncker digital revolution. Her speech considered the digital revolution’s impact in the European Union (EU), with a focus on the consumer in 2020, the industrial revolution in the digital era and the challenges facing regulators.
