Amendment of the decision on the transfer to MEO of rights of use of numbering held by PT Prime

By order of 29 May 2015, ANACOM has amended paragraph 4 of the decision on the transfer to MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO), formerly known as PT Comunicações, of the right of use of numbering held by PT Prime Soluções Empresariais de Telecomunicações e Sistemas, as approved by order of May 29, 2014https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1247252.

This decision is amended to read as follows:

"4. To establish the following time-limits, following the date of approval of the final decision, for the return of the following resources to ANACOM:

a. One year and one month for the return of an indirect access provider code: 1020 or 1024;
b. One year for the return of a customer service access number: 1620 or 1624."

It was decided to waive conduct of a prior hearing of MEO, under point f) of paragraph 1 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2015 of 7 January.
