The Digital Assembly, organised jointly by the European Commission (EC) and the Latvian European Council presidency, was held on 17-18 June in Riga.
As in previous years, this event gathered several hundred sector players, among them European institutions, operators, industry, consumer associations and representatives from governments and public administration in general. BEREC Chair Fátima Barros participated on 18 June, more specifically in a panel (workshop 3 on “A Connected Digital Single Market”) which discussed access and connectivity aspects of the next regulatory framework review and also concerning means of investment in the sector.
