A workshop on Advanced Mobile Location, organized by ANACOM and the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Administration (SGMAI), is taking place on 17 September 2015, at the Mercure Lisboa Hotel in Lisbon.
The aim of the workshop, which is being held in partnership with the European Emergency Number Association (EENA), is to spread information and present a solution which is already in operation in the United Kingdom, and which provides better accuracy in terms of locating people making calls to the 112 emergency number.
