A "High-level Meeting" took place from 19 to 21 November 2015 in Maputo, Mozambique, organised by AICEP - Associação Internacional das Comunicações de Expressão Portuguesa (Association of Postal and Telecommunications Operators of the Portuguese-speaking Countries and Territories). The theme of the meeting was "Think Digital, Act Digital".
The meeting was attended by João Confraria, Member of ANACOM's Board of Directors, who took part as keynote speaker on the panel "Policies and Regulation in the Age of Online Platforms" and by José Sousa Barros, ANACOM's Director of External Affairs, as a speaker on the panel "The Development of Broadband and the Growth of the Digital Economy".
