The December 2015 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin includes news about the draft final decision on the wholesale TV broadcasting termination market for content delivery to end users (market 18), the decision resolving that MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) should repeat part of the information campaign envisaged in the contract between the Portuguese state and that company, and the decision on conclusions of the in-depth investigation of costs and income of the digital terrestrial TV (DTT) service provided by MEO.

Other articles report on the public consultation about the draft decision on renewal of the frequency usage rights awarded to NOS Comunicações (NOS), MEO and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone Portugal) for terrestrial electronic communication services, and notice of changes to the regulation governing the municipal fee for rights of way (TMDP).
