The 26th plenary of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) took place on 25 and 26 February, in Rotterdam, Holland. It was organised by the Dutch national regulator - Authority for Consumers and Markets.

The plenary was preceded by a workshop on guidelines governing the implementation of rules on network neutrality in the context of the single telecoms market. The guidelines will be published by the end of August 2016 after being submitted to public consultation following the plenary of 02 and 03 June.
