On 22 March 2016, the European Commission published the preliminary results of the public consultation on the review of the wholesale roaming market, fair use policies and sustainability mechanism.
In the context of this consultation (held from 26 November 2015 to 18 February 2016), responses from Portugal were posted by two individuals and four entities: ANACOM, Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection), PT Portugal SGPS and NOS Comunicações.
